Jimmy Wedell was a genius at designing racing aircraft, once building (with his crew) THREE new planes in just three months. Legend has it that he would draw the primary drawings with chalk on the workshop floor.

This model is one of the prettiest of all 1930s racing planes and is a good example of the design of the times.
